I choose a short-short story because i feel like telling a story and that my story will be about a little of everything such as happiness, sadness, gang banging, and love etc. All type of stuff to let readers read something they can relate to or just feel. why did i pick a short-short story over the other three topics? because i want to let people know a little of something that has been setting on my mind; such as madness, happiness, gang banging, and a made up word called love. the story will be about a young African American male that lives on the west side of Chicago. The young man trying get over the negative that the community brings and be successful in life such as school. You will experience a lot of stuff that he been going through.

Fairy Tale Proposal

My Fairy tale is about a hero named dj saved a town from a monster. The hero is from a small town called k-town. The monster is from hell because its red and ugly. the monster is a thousands years old and the hero is here to save the day by slaying it. but the monster its not going with out a fight. The hero and the monster was talking and the hero stated why he cant go back to hell and leave his people alone but the monster refuse and told the hero NO im not goin with out a fight. So the two pick a spot to fight so the people in the town wont get hurt. the following day they have fought and the hero won but he was in critical condition. When he got out the hospital the people in the little town thanks the hero. The people live happy ever after.

Reflecting On My First Draft Of My Short-Short Story

The first draft when i read it sounds complete. I like how I came up with this story. I use a metaphor such as “life is like a chess game you just have to make the correct move.”

I really didn’t come up with that a freestyler named Cassidy stated that. I like this story because it’s true. This story I can relate to because I use my life experience. In this story I use killer instead of my name. If somebody read this people will say they can relate to it. Because this is not a make up story it’s about what I been going through in life so far

My goals for this class

My goals for this class is receiving an A in this class. And to turn in all my classroom assignment correct and on time. Also to get better on designing the Online Writing Portfolio. Because its differcult for those that don’t know how to establish it. And to come early and perpared for class. My goals is also to partipate in all class activities and stay on task so I can receive a letter grade that I deserve. Also is to respect my classmates and teachers. Last is to be successful in this class.
